He oversees the company’s processes, operational strategies, and business development activities by coordinating the work of Project Managers and the Sales Department, while managing relationships with customers in Europe, Asia, and the United States.
Massimo’s main objective is to help companies to communicate effectively with end customers via any platform and in any language. How? By providing a service of the highest quality and positioning himself as a trusted language partner for his accounts.

He has a degree in Public Relations and Advertising from the IULM in Milan.
