The survey conducted by Statista and Corriere della Sera recognized us as one of the most climate-conscious companies by placing us 11th among the top 100 of 700 Italian companies considered for the evaluation.

The analysis conducted by Il Sole 24 Ore and Statista reconfirmed us as being among the 450 Italian companies with the highest revenue growth between 2017 and 2020.
2021 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT AWARD
In 2021, the Department of Economic and Business Sciences at the University of Pavia gave us the Sustainability Reporting Award, an award recognizing Italian companies based on their non-financial reporting. Way2Global, due to its size, is not obligated to the DNF, but it has been voluntarily preparing its Integrated Report since FY2020 to help spread the culture of sustainability.

In 2021, for the third consecutive year, the Council for Equal Opportunity of the Lombardy Region recognized our commitment to equal opportunity, so much so that it named us Ambassador of the Virtuous Equality initiative.

In 2019, we are honored for the first time by the Welfare Index PMI initiative, the index that assesses the level of the corporate benefit system in small and medium-sized Italian companies based on three factors: the breadth and content of corporate benefit initiatives, the way the company involves workers and manages its benefit choices, and the originality of the initiatives and their distinctiveness in the Italian landscape.

In 2021, Sodalitas Foundation included us in the “Call for Future” initiative designed to familiarize citizens, institutions and young people with the strategic role of businesses in the country’s sustainable development. The “Sodalitas Call for Future” label is awarded to companies that are leading the way for change, in recognition of their contribution to a sustainable future.
